Is it genuine stuff?
Yes, always. Quality brands & manufacturers from reliable, traceable official UK Distributors.
No dodgy knock offs. Ever.
How long does delivery take?
We don’t advertise unrealistic “2‑day delivery” promises this far north of The Wall — all our stuff moves through a proper traceable supply chain, and we prefer to give you accurate, honest timeframes rather than optimistic guesses.
Orders placed before 2.30pm are processed the same day. Most items reach us from our UK distributor next working day.
What if you don’t appear to have the tyre or part I’m looking for?
Our website only shows a tiny portion of what we can supply. The world of motorcycle parts is huge — thousands of fitments, variations, and model‑specific components — and we’re a hands‑on workshop, not a big technical operation. Because of that, we don’t have every available part or manufacturer/brand listed online.
We add new items regularly, but in the meantime, just ask. If we can get the part, we will. And if it’s something specialist or outside what we stock, we’ll point you in the right direction rather than leave you guessing.
Do you sell part‑worn tyres?
No. We only supply brand‑new, UK‑sourced tyres.
Will I get tracking information?
Yes. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your parcel has been collected by the courier. If you create an account, you can also access your tracking data via your account page.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or we’ve sent the wrong item. Tyres that have been fitted, mounted, or used cannot be returned unless it fulfils the above criteria. Please see our returns policy.
What if my order hasn’t arrived after 7 working days?
Contact us at sales@motobench.co.uk and we’ll investigate with the courier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
Are your tyres and parts covered by warranty?
Yes. All tyres & parts are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
Are you insured?
Yes. MotoBench is fully insured for the retail supply of motorcycle tyres and motorcycle parts in the UK, including product liability cover.
Anything else?
If you’ve made it this far, you’re either very thorough or avoiding doing something else. Either way, we respect it.
