Warranty Disclaimer
MotoBench supplies brand‑new motorcycle parts and tyres sourced directly from authorised UK distributors. All items are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty, which applies only to defects in materials or workmanship.
MotoBench does not provide any additional warranty beyond the manufacturer’s own terms.
What Is Covered
Manufacturer warranties typically cover:
- defects in materials
- defects in manufacturing
- structural faults present at the time of supply
If you believe a part or tyre has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at sales@motobench.co.uk with photographs and a description of the issue. We will liaise with the manufacturer or distributor on your behalf.
What Is Not Covered
The following are not covered under any warranty:
- parts or tyres fitted incorrectly
- damage caused during fitting, installation, or removal by a third party
- punctures, cuts, impact damage, or accidental damage
- misuse, racing, overloading, or improper application
- wear caused by incorrect pressures, alignment, or suspension issues
- items that have been modified, repaired, or altered
- items used after the issue was first noticed
Once a tyre or part has been fitted, installed, inflated, or used, it cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

MotoBench is responsible for supplying parts and tyres that are:
- new
- correctly described
- free from manufacturing defects at the point of sale
We are not liable for:
- fitting or installation errors
- workshop damage

- damage caused by incorrect installation or use
All parts and tyres must be fitted by a competent professional using appropriate equipment.
Insurance
MotoBench is fully insured for the retail supply of motorcycle parts and tyres in the United Kingdom, including product liability cover. This protects customers in the unlikely event of a defect in the product itself.
This insurance does not cover fitting, mechanical work, or any service carried out by third parties.
If You Suspect a Fault
If you believe a part or tyre may be faulty:
- Stop using the item immediately
- Do not continue riding or operating the motorcycle
- Contact us at sales@motobench.co.uk
- Provide photos of the item and the issue
- Include your order number and fitting/installation date
We will assess the information and, if appropriate, begin a manufacturer inspection or warranty claim.
