Shipping policy

Shipping & Dispatch

Orders placed before 4.00pm are processed the same day. Most motorcycle parts and tyres arrive with us from our UK distributor within 1–2 working days, and are dispatched promptly on the next available courier collection from our Aberdeen base.

Delivery Times

Most of our customers receive their order within 1-2 working days from dispatch. Some courier networks operate using a multi‑stage delivery process. This means your parcel may be delivered overnight to a main depot in your location, and then passed to a secondary local courier for the final leg of delivery to your address.

This is a normal part of how certain courier services operate. The specific companies involved may vary depending on the route, workload, or operational requirements at the time.

Once your parcel has been handed over to a secondary courier, MotoBench is not liable for any delays, rescheduling, or changes in delivery handling that occur within that courier’s network. We will always provide tracking information where available, but some secondary couriers may use different systems or update tracking less frequently.

If your parcel has not arrived 7 working days after dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

Tracking

All orders are shipped using a fully tracked courier service. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your parcel has been collected. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

If Your Order Has Not Arrived After 7 Working Days

Please contact us at sales@motobench.co.uk with your order number. We will:

  • check the tracking status
  • contact the courier on your behalf
  • provide an update or resolution
  • arrange a replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost

Damaged or Missing Parcels
