The Michelin Starcross 5 NHS is a motocross tyre range designed exclusively for off road competition use. The NHS (Not for Highway Service) marking confirms it is not road legal and is intended for motocross tracks, practice areas and closed course racing.

Available in Soft, Medium, Hard and Mini variants, the Starcross 5 uses a flexible, high?strength casing that improves shock absorption and stability on rough terrain. Its tread block layout is engineered to bite into loose ground, maintain drive in ruts and provide predictable cornering support. The construction also makes fitting easier compared to older MX tyres.
